We recently hosted an event “A celebration of Life” of a loved one at Centregreen Cafe and it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the very first interaction, the owners were incredibly attentive and compassionate, ensuring that every detail was meticulously looked after. With over 70 guests in attendance, the cafe managed to provide an environment that was both intimate and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly honored our loved one's memory. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and catered to a variety of dietary preferences, leaving everyone impressed and satisfied. The team at Centregreen Cafe went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on celebrating and remembering. We are deeply grateful for their exceptional service and the kindness they showed us during such a meaningful occasion. Every one of our guests had a wonderful time, and we could not have asked for a better place to hold this special event. Thank you Centregreen Cafe for making our day so memorable and beautiful.

This place is great. The kabab pizza is amazing and the burgers are legit. You can tell they put real care into the food. Definitely worth a visit.

Wow, never knew this pretty restaurant was tucked away here. The food is really good! Appreciate the multi-grain option for the club sandwich - and the sandwich itself is generously filled - and not with bread! I’ll definitely be back.

Great spot near work, home, highway. Liked atmosphere, food and service. Park view outdoor tables on a nice day. Comfy indoor seating too w huge windows. Must try!

CentreGreen Cafe is truly a hidden gem in Cary! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the excellent customer service—the staff is welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The cafe itself is spotlessly clean, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The food is outstanding—everything is incredibly fresh and handmade with care. I tried the White Pizza, the Falafel Wrap, and their refreshing Hibiscus Tea, and all were absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients. The Hibiscus Tea was the perfect complement to the meal—light, flavorful, and refreshing. If you’re looking for a great spot for a fresh, flavorful meal with top-notch service, I highly recommend CentreGreen Cafe. Whether you’re in the area or just passing through, this place is definitely worth a visit!

The staff prepared my food quickly and had the chance to meet the owners who were very friendly. I had a breakfast sandwich with an americano... both were delicious. Highly recommend!
